Repeat guest/Referred guest program:  After your stay, I will send you a coupon good for a discount on your next stay as follows:  If you stayed with us for 3 days up to 1 week = $25;  1 week or longer = $50.  ALSO - if you refer a friend, you will receive a coupon in the above amounts based upon your referral's visit (sent to you after their stay is completed, good for your next visit).  There is no limit on the number of coupons you can use toward your stay! 

4 night minimum some holidays $250 Security/Booking Deposit required.  No student groups, must have adult 25 or older to check in.  One time cleaning fee of $85.00 per check-in is added to the above rates.  3% service charge added to Credit Card payments.
